    Hi @devpratibha02

It’s actually based on the “Slide background image fill” option: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/56-slider-settings-general
how your images look like in the slider.
By default we use “fill” that will make the image as big as it needs to be to cover the whole slider. However this means that if the slider and image ratios differ, the image will be cropped.

According to your screenshots, on desktop screens your slider is wide and short, while on mobile it is high and narrow. The problem is that the same image won’t be able to cover areas with different ratios the same way.
I assume on of your slides is much higher on mobile view and that will increase the height of the entire slider and all slides in it. If you slider has other slides, you should check them on mobile view so you can find out which one increases its height.

Anyway by changing the fill mode to “fit” or “blur fit” instead https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/59-slider-size
you can make your entire image fit in the slider.

Also please note that, if the image has meaning, then you shouldn’t use it as a background, but instead you should add it as an Image Layer instead: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/361-image-layer
since that way the image will always appear in the slider without being cropped!

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.
