Slider Height

  • I have ploughed through the various posts on this issue including one where the Nikeo said he would provide some documentation on the subject.

    Could anyone tell me whether there is a definitive solution out there.

    Great theme otherwise, I love it

  • There is slider documentation, a video, and the FAQ answers on sliders. Plus a discussion on slider sizing here.

    It’s unlikely that there will be major changes to the sizing of the slider. Basically you have 3 choices when you resize the slider:

    • stretch the images, which for most people is unacceptable
    • crop the images at the sides (one side or both)
    • crop the images at the top or bottom

    @nikeo chose to crop at the bottom. It’s a choice, like any other, that may not suit some people.
