  • Hi there,

We have tried to recreate the scenario but it is working fine at our testing server. If you are able to send the url where the slider is embedded using latest version, then we can also take a look into scenario and try to solve it.

    Thanks for all your patience.

    Best Regards,
    Sukhada.

You can see the background shadow and the transition height are getting a strange height from somewhere.

    Thanks

I think I’m seeing the same sort of thing. The slider image first draws at a full size (800×600) then changes to the size I set (800×400). However the text field overlay doesn’t move up with the shortened image; it still stays at the 600 level covering up content beneath it.

Went to the settings pages and the Preview covers the uppermost options on each settings page. I can’t turn off the Preview because that checkbox is covered by the Preview as it overlays the upper portion of the options (including the Basic and Slides tabs).

I even Reset to Default and then to None, still the same problem. Deactivated and reactivated the plugin… same problem.

I’ve gone back to version 1.0 and everything is fine. Unfortunately this is a production site so I can’t give you a URL to see the problem.

Kindly reset to global default and see if it helps. Reset option is available on Dbox Settings page.

I reset to global default and it changed the slider to 640 width with a 460 height. This squishes my slides because that isn’t the size they are, so when I then try to adjust it back to the size of the slides, it does the same problem. This has only been a problem since the update, mine also looks fine with the 1.0 version

Thanks for trying the same. We are looking into the issue and if required, we will release an update with the fix. Thanks for your patience.
