Slider Dots Disabled but Visible – Scrolling not Correct and Right to Left

Since last update the slider dots when disabled are still displayed, cache emptied and issue remains. The Slider also scrolls right to the end when loaded and starts scrolling from Right to Left and not Left to Right as previous versions. No Option to set slider direction
