Slider doesnt work when URL starts with https

Hi lena,

Are you using a plugin to do the HTTPS stuff? If not, I think you might need to install one. The scripts on your page are still being loaded from HTTP when using the HTTPS url.

Without a plugin, I would try to:
Change the site URL in the main settings to https
Redirect all traffic from http to https using an .htaccess rule (this is the bit that a plugin might do for you)

I’ve never used one myself, so I can’t make any real recommendation sorry.

First off, I would try changing the URLs in the WordPress settings to use HTTPS. This might be enough to fix everything.

Hi Lena,

Under Settings > General. If the boxes are greyed out then you might need to change the settings in the Database itself. Doing that is outside of the realms of what I’m comfortable to support (it’s not my usual thing, so if it goes wrong then I would not be in a good position to help!), so you might find the General www.remarpro.com support forums would be more suitable.
