Slider doesn’t work anymore when autoptimize is live

    Hi guys,

    on our website (build with elementor) we have a slider with reviews and they are no longer properly displayed. Instead of all reviews, only one is now displayed. If I deactivate autoptimize then the reviews will be displayed well again. Anyone have any idea how I can solve this?

    Can you try adding plugins/chaty-pro to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion list?

    hi Gal;
    Chaty Pro’s JS (specifically wp-content/plugins/chaty-pro/assets/js/cht-front-script.js) seems to be throwing an error when aggregated/ minified on Steve’s site. Best approach would be for you to test your plugin with Autoptimize and see if you can prevent that error somehow? I’ll be happy to provide info on Autoptimize when needed! ??

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks 4 the quick reply. I added plugins/chaty-pro to the exclusion list. Issue is fixed when you visit the site the first time. But when you reload the page (or visit it again) the slider does not work anymore.Hopefully the issue can be fixed by premio.

    I also see the slider not working when AO is disabled (by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL) sometimes Stefan and no JS error is shown on the browser console any more, so you might want discuss that with the theme or elementor developers?
