Slider doesn’t autoplay or show arrows on mobile

The arrows and autoplay work fine on desktop but not on mobile. I’ve tried checking the hidden box for arrows and then unchecking, as well as unchecking the Hover pause box, but neither fixes the problem.

Any ideas on what I can try next? I’d add a 2nd slider just for mobile, but I’m not sure which options to set to make it work properly on mobile. TIA.
