Slider Doesn't Appear

Hi,

I’ve just purchased the full version of the slider. However it doesn’t appear, I have wp_footer in my footer file and I can’t see anywhere where I am loading Jquery from google. I’ve tried using the short code and the full function as well as disabling all active plugins. No change.

ANy suggestions?
