I have tried contacting you via your website contact page, and have had no response. I’ve tried asking this online in multiple ways but get no reply.

We were using the free version and then started having issues where the logos would disappear off the page. We could still see the widget title but no logos. It was happening across multiple browsers. If I cleared the browser cache, the logos would come back. Then within an hour they would disappear again. After a few days, clearing the cache would not bring the logos back and this was obviously not a good user experience and visitors to the site would not bother clearing there cache NOR even know to do that. Ridiculous. Then clearing the cache stopped working. I then thought I’d give the Pro version a try and see if this resolved the issue, it did not! And have received no response back regarding this. I filled out the contact form on your website with no response and it’s been a week. I’ve removed it from the site until I can resolve this or get a refund on the pro licence.

please contact me ASAP regarding this.

  • Hello,
We are very sorry to know that you are facing some issues with our plugin. We are also sorry for our delayed reply. We were extremely busy making this plugin more user-friendly for a user like you.

By the way, we have tested our plugin and could not reproduce the issue you are facing. Everything is working fine on our end. So, if you do not have any problem, you may share the link where you used the plugin and it is causing the issue. Then we could dig deep to find the cause of the problem. We think some other plugin may conflicting with our plugin.

So, for the time being, our suggestion is that you create a new carousel and use it on a new page and see if it works. However, if it breaks, then try to deactivate other plugins temporarily and try again. Hopefully, it will be fixed. then activate other plugins one by one and see which plugin conflicts with our plugin so that we can fix the conflict.

However, if everything above fails, please try to give us the link where you used the plugin so that we can find the cause of the problem and fix it.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask us anytime. We will be happy to help you.

Thank you very much for your patience.

I have deactivated ALL plugins and only enabled Logo Carousel Pro.
This is a screen shot of what the slider looks like on the site.
I have created a new shortcode. When I place it in the Footer widget area, it does not scroll even though I have selected it within the Shortcode Generator.
When I went back in and changed the Slide Speed to 3000 and then update and refresh the page, the logos now disappear and only show the alt text. See screen shot https://snag.gy/DcdtYs.jpg
This screen shot is taken with WordPress 4.9 and ONLY the logo carousel pro plugin enabled. All other plugins are deactivated. We are using the StudioPress Enterprise Pro theme.
I have tried using the shortcode in the Text widget and using the Logo Carousel widget type and both end in the same result.
I have also created a new page and pasted the shortcode and gives same result as shown on https://www.iwb.net.au/carousel/
    The website is https://www.iwb.net.au

We have checked the URL you shared. It seems your logo size is Smaller than the Cropping size specified in the General Settings tab of the logo carousel. If your logo size is smaller than the cropping size, then you can do two things. Firstly, you can disable cropping. Second, you can enable Image Upscaling feature while image cropping is enabled. This way even if your image is smaller than the cropping size, it will be upscaled while cropping to match the cropping size. You can find all these settings in the general settings.

If your problem is not solved by trying the above solution, please do let us know, we will be happy to help you. Thanks.

As we have not received a reply from you so we think your problem has been fixed and now we are closing this thread as resolved. However, if you still face any problem, please let us know and we will be very happy to help you. Thanks.
