    Hi!

Could you contact with me on roland[@@@]nextendweb.com to check this issue? Please refer to this topic!

Just wanted to add that I did resolve my issue. For some reason after the update simply copying and pasting the shortcode did not work. I had to use the new “S” button in the page editor. The shortcode looks the same, but for some reason it will only work when you insert it with the button. Definitely a bug.

I’m having the same problem. The “S” button works but the short code doesn’t. I need to use the short code unfortunately. Any ideas how to make it work?

Why do you need to use the shortcode? Have you added some variables? Could you just use the “S” button and then add your variables after that?

    Hi guys,

Can you write us an email to [email protected] we can’t reproduce this problem on our servers, so we should check your sites. (For example with Teamviewer) Then I’m sure that we can solve this thing. Maybe it is a conflict with an other plugin or template.

    Have a great day! ??

UPDATE: Finally we found the problem, it is relevant for the code HTML tag because if you copy the shortcode from the slider dashboard, then it will paste the shortcode as a code into the post editor. In the next version we will solve this problem.
