    inb4 sorry for bad English
    Hello there,
I was wondering how can I change size of the main slider? 1904×825 is way too big for me and I am desperate to find a solution.
Also, how do I remove these dots from the slider captions? It doesn’t show aby on demo website, but even if my excerpt is perfectly fit I’m still getting three dots instead of one. How can I change this, remove or replace?
    Thanks for any hints!

    Hello @dontbugme,

The Mediclean theme recommends the size of the featured image of the Slider Image to be : 1350px X 590px. Please try using the image of the recommended dimensions to get the image fit the screen as in the demo of the site.

Also, as the height of the image in the slider is set to auto by default, you can use the image of your desired slider height and the image will be displayed accordingly.

Regarding the query of “three dots”, as the slider of the theme only allows the pages to be selected in for display in the slider, the three dots indicates the excerpt when content exceeds than 30 words. You can limit the contents to the words limit for the page or use child theme to override the words limit to remove the dots.

If you need any help further, you can also choose to post your queries in the theme’s official support forum for dedicated and swift support at : https://themepalace.com/forum/mediclean/

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

I am trying to change slider window itself, not the image in it. I know it’s recommended to use 1350px X 590px, but it’s way too big. I was digging through slider.php by using Mediclean Github, but failed to find what makes this block big itself.
upd: My bad, it actually resizes! So sorry to bother you with that issue, apologies.
Talking about excerpt, I did made a child theme and reduced amount of words down to 16, makind an “introduction” string on each page, but nevertheless, there is a content after, which forces dots pop up. It could’ve worked perfectly if I just could change three dots to one, making my phrase visually ended. Again, I was searching through slider.php, but quite unsuccessful.
Still looking forward for any help and many thanks!
