Slider captcha doesn’t work

    Hi,

    Slider captcha doesn’t seem to work (Please complete the captcha) while Arithmetic works ok and now using that.

    Wordpress 6.4.3 and PHP 8.1.x

    Hi,

    Could you please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution.Before performing the following steps, we recommend that you do a full backup of your site.

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) and check if the problem remains. 
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except captcha and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one by one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again. 
    3) Contact us back with information about the results.

    Tried with default theme, same issue. Disabled most plugins we could, same issue.

    And in the meantime we got some fatal errors related to the db !!!

    So we had to remove that plugin.

    Hi,

    We are sorry that you encountered such difficulties using the plugin. Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem on our local environment. Could you please clarify what specific database error you observed?
