Slider Button Not linking?

Getting complaints from clients that slider buttons are not linking. So I went to those media pages and found that weren’t linked. How that happened don’t know. They were linked before. So I continued and found out that what I want it linked to is impossible because that page is not on drop down. Your help is much appreciated Thank you.
