Slider and Polylang

  • Hi, I’m using Polylang to manage 2 languages on my blog,
    However I’m struggling to assign same-language posts to the slider in the 2 different languages. It seems I can only select one category and the posts are mixed up.

    Has anyone tried this before?

    Yes, you can select only one category for the slider.

    I’m not sure if it works with Polylang. Categories can be translated with the plugin, so I suggest to create a category for the slider and then translate the category, so they are both connected. Then by switching the language on your website the slider category should switch also.

    If that does not work I recommend to contact the plugin authors of Polylang if there are any other solutions.
