When I activated the plugin it stretched all of my images. Not only did stretch the slider images, but it also stretched the featured images. I downloaded the plugin specifically for the slider transitions. The images were skewed whether the option was on or off. Other then that the plugin worked as expected. I had to deactivate the plugin, and add an alternative function to my footer, however I would like to have all the other options your plugin adds. Is there anyway to correct this?

Initial use may render elements a bit differently than they should appear but a little setting adjustment often corrects things.

Set the appropriate sizes to your requirements and then for images I recommend regenerating the thumbnails so that the new values take effect properly.

If things are still not the way they should be or as expected please give more details and a link to the site for a closer look and further assistance.

I’m going to assume this as being resolved due to lack of response.

If that is not the case then feel free to open a new thread and I’ll take a look in to it for you.

    Closing as resolved.

this is still a problem after regenerating thumbnails.

it’s caused by the “content image max height” setting – and the height/width aspect ratio not being preserved

@pgallo – this thread has already been closed as resolved.

Please open a new one giving full details and as mentioned above a link to the site is always helpful.

With respect to aspect ratio – you should be aiming to balance these between the set max content with the max image height as we are overriding the theme’s set values for the add_image_size filter.
