Slide with both image and text?

  • I am putting together a home page slideshow that will show an image with text to the right of the image. It should be left justified.

    From what I can see, all text in this is centered, even if I put in left alignment for the text. And it looks like it is either photo *or* text, not both. I have a block of text that also links a photo from my media library, but when viewed in the front end, all that shows is the photo title, not the photo itself (in a text slide).

    How can I have a block of text with a photo in it, left justified?

    I also would like to not show the title, as no title is needed for these slides, they will link to another page.

    Hi meadwench have you thought of adding the text to the image and then adding the image with the text to the slideshow?
