Slide show not visible in the worldwide web ; in preview of WP it is visible

  • The slideshow of Masterslider will not show anymore on the worldwide web. It did in the past until last September I guess. In the preview in WordPress the slideshow is visible.
    I tested the problem on various browsers , mobile phone and at the office.

    I think its is because of an upgrade of WP or Materslider
    I use the free plugin of Masterslider. Please advice.
