Slide Show Not Showing on Page Using Columns

My page is set up in 2 varied width columns. I am trying to add a slideshow but it’s not working. I’ve tried 3 different slideshow plugins. I can add individual photos, but not a slideshow. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to add a slideshow?
