    Hi @meesha,

I would be glad to help.
Please access your https://www.fatduckinn.com/cms/ site’s “WP Dashboard -> Gallery -> Other Options -> Lightbox Effects” and choose “Shutter” for “What effect would you like to use?”

Mihai – thanks for the prompt reply,

I did what you suggested, Fat Duck Inn was not on “Shutter” so I selected it and saved.
It did not help, the enlargement is still going to the WordPress enlargement page.

Inn at Black Berry Creek was on “Shutter”, so goes to the enlargement overlay but can’t click to next enlargement.

    What’s the next suggestion?

    Hi @meesha!

Could you please try to follow this troubleshooting steps and see if there is any existing conflict on your site?

1.- Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
3.- If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Please, keep us posted.

Gaby – thanks for the response,

I deactivated the plugins on both sites – nothing changed.

I switched to a generic theme on fat duck and the enlargement then went to the overlay like it should, but I was not able to click forward for more images.

I should be able to click forward, shouldn’t I?

I do notice that the fat duck inn php is v7.2.6 but the inn at blackberry creek is only v5.6.4, that might be why blackberry creek is going to the overlay and fat duck inn isn’t. I’m going to update black berry creek to v7.2.6 and see what that breaks in the theme.

I need to find out when GoDaddy updated the php on fat duck because it was working last week.

I’ll follow up with a report.

    Hi

I can actually see that your theme seems to throw a couple JS errors in the browsers console and that definitely can affect and break triggering the lightbox that is JS dependent.

Please contact your theme provider’s support and ask them to check and fix the theme’s JS issues in order to make the lightbox work:

Champagne.font.js?ver=5.0.3:13 Uncaught ReferenceError: Cufon is not defined
        at Champagne.font.js?ver=5.0.3:13
