Slide Show does not Load????

My slideshow will not load on my front page https://www.usingwordpressasawebsite.com/ I have no idea why, i put the short code in as <?php echo do_shortcode(“[slideshow id=3]”); ?> I can not figure out why it is not loading. I have tried other short codes and they will not work either. Let me know if you can help.
