Slide out tab not appearing on mobile

    The slide out tab works great on desktop, but does not appear on mobile.

    Can you advise?

    Can you please let us know on which mobile device where you seen this behavior also can you tell us the browser so we can help you out.

    I was seeing it on my Iphone 7, using Safari.

    I was able to incorporate it properly a different way: using Gravity Forms and a Campaign Monitor Add on, so I no longer have the slide out version on the website.
