slide not showing on page

    Hi, I am very excited to purchase and use your plugin on all of my sites, as it is from what I can see way ahead of any other gallery plugin I have ever used and I have been searching years for one exactly like yours. This is why I have been so frustrated for the last week trying to get it to work. I have read through all the forums trying to find exactly what it is causing the slides not to show but none of these have worked, such as shutting off all other plugins, changing settings to load all assets, uninstalling and reinstalling, and also tried using the pre made slides but none are showing up. I am using the insertion tool on my post edit page which is inserting the codes such as [masterslide id=”1″]. Can you please help me out? Thanks in advance!

    Also i wanted to note, the process of creating the slide works fine and i can preview it. It’s once i put the code on my post, i am getting absolutely nothing. It’s as if there is no code whatsoever.

    Hi,
    Well first we would like to say we are glad you like Master Slider this much ??
    From what you said it seems the issue comes from your theme please switch to default theme to see weather it works or not.
