    Hearing from you, we have visited the link. It seems that there is no carousel running of WordPress Carousel plugin. Have you removed that?

    As we were offline, we could not check the issues in time. We are sorry for that. We are really eager to fix the issues. Can you send us a temporary admin access to your site so that we can explore and fix those from your end?
