Slide margin not working

Hello there!

I have tried twice now on two different websites and it doesn’t seem like the margin is working for the owl items. If I try to add margin to the owl-item it causes the slides to display out of alignment.

The margin setting in the slider itself doesnt seem to have any effect. Any suggestions?
