    Probably its caused by plugin function conflicts

    Please Try deactivating all plugins.
    If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    Deactivated all plugins and even change themes to twenty twelve, still not working.

    I think you’ve forgot to add control for “slide info”

    Please go to master slider admin panel, under slider controls tab, add new control “slide info”.

    When you add slide info for each slide, the text should appear on slider.

    Hello

    Slide info is not working in pages. When i do preview the slider.slide info perfectly showing. But after added the shortcode in page. slides are working but slide info is not working.

    I tried after deactivated all of plugins but still not showing slide info in pages.

    Please answer.
