    Hello dears,

    I would like to first say, that I am really thankful for your plugin, because I really struggle to find the solution before I cam across it.

    I am having little problem with the X to close the slide-in.
    I open a slide with a little icon I attached the code to.
    The first time I open it in Chrome the X is there, but the second time it’s not there. I mean, it’s there but it appears so far to the right side of the page, it actually makes it invisible. In Edge and Firefox it’s the same.

    As the X is the only way to close the slide-in, this becomes really annoying for users browsing – they can’t close it at all!

    Can you help out?

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards,
    Agata

    Hi Agata,

    I had a look at your site and on my end, it actually shows that your content is wider than the screen itself and it seems that it’s caused by the section below “INSTRUCTOR TRAINING”, the one with three images.
    I would suggest checking the page builder and try resizing this section so it fits the page width and see if that’s enough to fix the issue.

    You can also try applying this CSS code and see if that will show the close icon for you:

    body .wph-modal.inc_opt_slidein_e {
        padding-left: 0;
    }

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hello, I seem to have the very same problem with my website too.
    The x is not visible, making it hard to get away from the slide-in when people don’t want to opt-in.
    But the CSS code above didn’t help me (which I think is obvious because my website probably works differently, haha).
    Could you perhaps help me with this too? Thanks so much in advance.
    I love this plugin.

    Hi @irri,

    Sorry to hear you’re having the same issue, however, I have checked your site and the close icon was shown for me on each load.

    Can you please start a new ticket, per forum rules, grab us a screenshot of your issue and tell us which browser and screen size you use so we can investigate this further.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
