    Hi,

    When I set the Slide-in position to be bottom right, the close button (x) disappear. What goes wrong?

    Best regards,

    Hi @hellesuhr,

    Could set your slide-in to bottom right because I’m unable to replicate this on my test site and would like to see what’s causing it on your end?
    Also, can you tell me which browser, OS and screen size you’re checking this on so I could test it in same conditions?

    @carainsulationlabs can you please start a new ticket per forum rules and include your site URL and information as I asked above and we will check this out for you separately.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hi,

    Could you please tell me when you are going to test it? Then I will set the slide-in to bottom right in that period of time. It will be bad for my business to have a slide-in that’s not removable for several days.

    Browser: Chrome, OS High Sierra 10.13.6, 15′ screen

    Best regards,
    Helle

    Hi Helle,

    We deal with support questions both here and on our site so I can’t give you the exact time, but if you set it up now I’ll be able to check it in next hour or so.

    Hi Predrag,

    Now the slide-in is set to bottom right.
    Hope you got the time to look at it now.

    Hi Helle,

    Do you have any kind of server-side caching because I checked your site on multiple browsers, using incognito mode, but it always opens it on the left side for me?

    Hi Predrag,

    Yes, I can see what you mean.
    I’m using LiteSpeed Cache plugin but whether that cause some problems, I don’t know.

    Cheers,
    Helle

    Now the slide-in is shown at the bottom right.

    Hello @hellesuhr ,

    Can you try adding this CSS into the Slide in custom CSS styles:

    .hustle-modal-close: {margin-right: 24px;}

    if it will not work, then try with !important directive, like that:

    .hustle-modal-close: {margin-right: 24px !important;}

    kind regards,
    Kasia
