I understand that the slide-in is already published and set to show on “time” or “scroll” (in “Behavior” configuration section), right?
To show it on all pages except some specific ones you should then add “Pages” visibility condition to “Visibility” settings, selecting “All pages except” and selecting those “except” pages there.
However, this will make it show only on pages (except specified ones) but not e.g. blog posts, not archive pages (so e.g. category listing) and so on. In such case you would want to add additional visibility rules there (e.g. for posts, archives etc – in all selecting “All except but without adding exceptions) and at the top of the visibility rules page you’d want to set “Show when any” rather than “show if all”.
Could you take a screenshot of your current “Visibility” settings for the slide-in and share it with us here, please?
