    Hi
I’m using a child based theme from Zigzagpress based on Genesis. When I enable Meow gallery the theme slider images disappear. When I disable the Meow Gallery the slider images reappear. I would like to be able to use Meow Gallery and still be able to see the slider images. Can you offer any suggestions?
    Thank you!

Thank you Thomas… I greatly appreciate your help! My website is https://www.lightpoetstudios.com

The slider is activated. Just let me know if there is anything else you need me to do. Kindly, Tripp

    Hello again Tripp,

    My pleasure !

I just checked your website, I didn’t find anything yet, could you please now enable Meow Gallery and tell me when it’s active ?

By the way, which layout are you using ? Masonry or Justified ? ( You can choose the layout in your Dashboard, panel Meow Apps -> Gallery ).

    Best regards,
    Thomas

The gallery is now enabled. Masonry, thumbnail side, 3 and 10 are the options I see selected.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay !

I had another look at your website with Meow Gallery enabled, strangely I can’t find any WordPress gallery markup on the homepage ( the link you’ve sent me ), and I can’t access your portfolio items now ( maybe because of Meow Gallery ). Maybe I missed the page where the gallery is ? If so could you send the url to a page containing a WordPress gallery please ?

    Best regards,
    Thomas

Interestingly, I don’t actually have a gallery yet. The theme uses portfolios and that is how I link with the wp/lr plugin. The problem is just that the slider images on the first page of my website disappear as soon as I click enable on meow gallery. Does that make sense? I’m am not knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff.

    Hello Tipp,

So I’ve been thinking about your problem, even if I don’t fully understand what Meow Gallery is messing with here, I fixed the fact that it shouldn’t even been doing anything as long as there is no gallery on the page !

So I’ve fixed that, along with other features requested by other users since the last update.

We now have to test all these new features and the new version should be uploaded during June, until then I will keep searching for what is going on with your slider.

Sorry I can’t give you a solution right now, but I guess that you might have to wait for the next plugin update when it should be fixed.

I’m not closing this topic, I will definitely find what’s wrong and fix it and tell you when it’s done or when the new version is live !

In the meantime, do not hesitate if you have any other issue !

    Best regards,
    Thomas
