Slide images only partly display

Sorry for the delay. Can you please try and check Preload images in slider settings under tab Media Options and see if this solves the problem?

Yes, Preload images is checked. Another website with the same problem: https://www.forestschoolwales.org.uk

The problem is very erratic though, sometimes occurring, sometimes not – which is very strange. When I try and inspect the code it rectifies itself – which is frustrating. I have a poor internet connection (2Mbps max) – could this be a factor?

One other thing – the javascript causes a conflict with another plugin (which I’ve been forced to disable). This problem wasn’t there with the previous version of FA Lite.

I’ll try to duplicate the image error and find a solution for it. Meanwhile, you mentioned a plugin conflict. Can you please tell me the plugin and the situation when the 2 are conflicting so I can take a look and see what could be the problem?

The problem with the plugin conflict remains on one website: https://www.amgylchedd.com FA Lite 3 conflicts with the Termau plugin (if I deactivate the latter FA Lite works fine). The Termau plugin (a Welsh terms translation tool which appears above the footer widgets on every page) has been unchanged for a long time, and worked fine with earlier versions of FA Lite.

I’m sorry, but it’s only available by application. I was hoping that you could see what the issue was by looking at the https://www.amgylchedd.com/ website – where both plugins are enabled.

I have also contacted the author of the termau plugin – but haven’t had a response yet. There has been a problem with conflicts with the termau plugin in the past, which the author was able to resolve.

It it’s possible for you to give an indication of what the problem is I can see if this is an issue that can be addressed by the termau plugin author. Thanks for your time on this.

I understand. I really can’t say why this is happening, from what I see, FA slider script is loaded correctly and the slider theme script also. Somewhere along the page though, something breaks the plugin.
