slide image

  • Hi,
    I really like the look of this slider, but I can’t seem to get it working!

    I first of all had to change the functions.php file to get the featured image to work. But when I try to view the slide it doesn’t work. Also when I try to preview the Slider, it only shows the name of the slide but not the images, and these are shown in a list?

    I think it must be something very simple – but I can’t see what I am doing wrong. Please can you help.

  • Hi Lisawebb01, what did you change in the functions.php to get the featured image to work?

    Update, I was able to add the following in functions.php to get the featured images to work with captain slider:

    add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails' );
