    Hello there,

I was contacted by the client i built this site for and they said the slider containing the testimonials from customers was missing on the “our cases” page but it was still working on the front page, I spent hours trying to find a solution and ended up with removing it all together, today (a day later) the element on the front page has stopped working, none off the pages where changed in between the issues started.

How can something simply stop working even when no changes has been applied?
Is it a fault in the way it has been set up or can someone guide me in the right direction to bring back this functionality.

We seem to have a active elementor pro license but it’s activated without a connected account so I can’t use it to contact support

The developer still cannot support you here. This community site is not for the pro version ever. Your site is running Elementor Pro v3.1.1.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hi,

Try to follow this troubleshooting method that I made: (It’s quite general, but maybe it will tell us something.)

Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
After you checked that you are really updated to the latest versions, and the issue still occurring:
Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.
Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,
then make sure that you clear:
your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).
Please Delete Elementor, then reinstall it.
