Slick Pop up + Button (Divi Theme)

Hi all,

i created with Contact Form and Slick Pop up a pop up.

Now I do have the code: [sppro id=”372″][/sppro].

I use Divi theme and want that this pop up appears while clicking on a button.

Where do I have to add this code?
