I have a problem: when I upload a banner to the creative, it displays normally. When I insert the HTML code somewhere on the website, the banner also displays correctly. However, the next day, for example, the banner no longer appears in the preview. But when I select the banner link, it exists, and when I download it, it works as well. It also displays correctly as HTML code. But it doesn’t show up in the preview, so I’m not sure if there’s a setting that causes the preview to stop displaying after one view, which seems unlikely, or if there must be some error. For demonstration, I’m also sending a link to a video.

    Thanks

    Hey @wptechofficial,

Thank you for reaching out! I believe this is an issue with image lazy loading. Do you have lazy loading enabled on your site for images?

If you do, please exclude the affiliate account page/URL from image lazy loading.

Please try it out and let me know how it goes.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

So, I disabled loading both in the template and in Elementor. But no change, the image still doesn’t appear. I found a code in the CSS that prevents the display, but even after deactivating the code, the image behaves as if it doesn’t exist. I’m sending the video again, so is it possible to fix this somehow? Even if it’s due to the loading of lazy loading images, I think this is a function that is necessary on websites, so it would be appropriate to fix this issue ??

I need to get the website up and running, and the affiliate setup is the last step I need to complete. I would like to use your plugin, but I need an update; otherwise, I will have to switch to another one. I have also fully translated the plugin into Czech. If you are interested in the complete Czech translation, please let me know where to send it.

    Hey @wptechofficial,

Thank you for sharing the video! From what I see, something from your website, either a plugin or the theme, is adding extra attributes to the <img/> element.

The decoding=”async” and the style=”display: none !important” are not added by SliceWP. By default, SliceWP does not hide these images.

I’m afraid that I cannot say what system is hiding these images. It looks to be some kind of lazy load, however, I can’t say if this is so.

Considering that we have no other reports about this particular issue from our users, I believe the issue is localized to your website. The only thing that I recommend is for you to deactivate the plugins that you have active, one by one, and check the affiliate account page after each deactivation to see which plugin is the culprit.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai
