    Hi,

I downloaded v2.05 last night and hoping this plug-in meets my requirements. However, want to make sure this plug-in will meet all my needs and hence a few questions.

    1. I’m unable to link existing client from the drop down (i.e does not populate from defined users already in system), or if I select ‘Add new client’ and recapture client’s details, I get the following message: “Please check that all required fields are filled in and that this users does not already exist”. However, if a I add a brand new client, it adds the client to my ‘Users’ repository and I can then view from the drop down. It seem that only clients added through Sliced Invoices quote or invoice modules will appear and able to link. Is this correct?

    2. Does the system allow one to insert a link to the payment / checkout page from the invoice (e.g. click here to pay)?
Please note I am not using PayPal.

    3. Not a must (i.e. nice to have), but would i be able to link a product on my website (woocommerce) to a quote / invoice and pull through the product description and amount by default?

    Appreciate your feedback,
    Lea

    Thanks,

    Hi Lea,

Thanks for the interest in Sliced Invoices.

    1. Currently, for existing users you need to edit their profile and add a Business Name. The drop down will only pull in users who have something in the Business Name field.
This was a deliberate decision as some websites may have hundreds or thousands of users and they wouldn’t want every single user in the drop down.
I’m currently thinking of a better way to handle this though. Stay tuned.

    2. I’ll give a quick answer anyway, as others may find it helpful.

PayPal comes as the standard default payment gateway, a button is added to the online invoice if you have enabled PayPal.
There is also a Bank field to add your bank details and Generic field to basically add any other payment method such as check, money order etc.
A Stripe payment gateway extension will also be released this week at slicedinvoices.com/extensions

    3. There is currently no automatic Woocommerce integration. We are working on an extension for this which should be released in around a weeks time.

Any other questions please let me know.

    Regards
    Brant
