Slashes showing in forum names in back end only

    Minor bug since 1.4.2, still see it in 1.4.3 stable, very minor:

    ** Only in the back end admin setup: Forum > Structure, not a front end issue!! **

    Forum names with single quote character are not being escaped so “Test’s” renders as “Test\’s” for example. Only forum names, not category names, back end only.
