slashes in comment text farks main page

  • When I post a comment with multiple forward slashes like so …

    mv /qual/seamless/scmlogd_log /qual/seamless/Oldscmlogd_log_$DT
    mv /test/seamless/scmlogd_log /test/seamless/Oldscmlogd_log_$DT
    mv /rels/seamless/scmlogd_log /rels/seamless/Oldscmlogd_log_$DT
    mv /qual/seamless/scmerr_log /qual/seamless/Oldscmerr_log_$DT
    mv /test/seamless/scmerr_log /test/seamless/Oldscmerr_log_$DT
    mv /rels/seamless/scmerr_log /rels/seamless/Oldscmerr_log_$DT

    It screws up the formatting of my main page even when comments are not displayed. This only affects IE (Idiot Exploder). The main page still looks fine in Firefox and Mozilla. If I replace most or all of the slashes with / then all is well.

    How can I make the replacement happen automatically?
