    Hi Everyone,

I am using Hello Elementor Child Theme, Elementor Pro and Essential Addons for Elementor plugin. I have just installed Skyboot Custom Icons for Elementor plugin. After installed, all the widgets related to icons and menus (Icon, Icon Box, Social Icons, WordPress Menu, Menu, etc) are no longer visible in their settings: in other words, I can select the widgets from Elements list, but the left sidebar with their setting values is completely blank. When I deactivate Skyboot Custom Icons for Elementor plugin, everything returns to normality. I have tried to install the default theme, but the issue remained. I have tried to deactivate Essential Addons for Elementor plugin, but the issue remained. I am kindly ask for support. Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi,

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

After conducting thorough testing with both the “Hello Elementor” theme and the “Essential Addons for Elementor” plugin, we’ve confirmed that the functionality operates perfectly.

But we did not check with “Elementor Pro.”

To better assist you, could you kindly provide a screenshot or video detailing the issue you encountered?

This will enable us to pinpoint the problem accurately and provide you with an effective solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Kind regards,
    Skybootstrap Team

    Dear All,

Thank you very much for your reply. I am kindly attaching a screenshot: adding any widget related to icons, menu or buttons, the left sidebar that should contain their setting values is completely blank.

Thank you again for your support, Valentina

    Hi,
    Please watch the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zh46PmvLGr0

If possible please send a video.

By the way, this setting does not come from our plugin.

    Kind regards,

    Dear All,

Thank you very much for your video tutorial.

Based on the instructions provided in this video, I have configured the plugin as shown and switched on Elegant Icon and Themify Icon only (and switched off all the other options), and the issue gets fixed.

    Again, thank you very much.

I have another question, maybe it is a stupid question: how can I have access to the other icons setting, i.e. Icomoon Icons, or Line Awesome, etc. ? There is a way to switch them on?

    Regards,

    Valentina

    Dear All,

I have solved: it is just a matter to wait some time to upload the various icon kits (I think): I am switching on other icon kit one by one and still it working.

    Regards,

    Valentina
