I might just be confused but something is wrong with my setup. All my products are variations, and I have a SKU for each variation. I don’t really need a SKU on the main product. Should I leave it blank? It now has the same SKU as one of the variations (default variation), but that results in an error warning “duplicate sku detected”.

    Hi @technotrust,

Yes, you should leave the SKU field blank for the main product if all your products are variations. Each SKU should be unique to avoid the “duplicate SKU detected” error. The system uses SKUs to differentiate between products, so it’s important that each SKU is unique, even among product variations.

I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
