SKU search result not working

  • Hello, thank you for the plugin, it looks very promising.

    I’m having trouble with the SKU search result page. It is indexed, and Admin search works fine.
    Live search also seems to work fine, but the actual search result is not showing at all.

    We are using flatsome theme. Tried all codes as you suggested “Knowledge base > Theme compatibility > Flatsome page, but nothing worked.

    I would greatly appreciate your help.

    The problem isn’t in Relevanssi or Flatsome; the problem is likely in the WooCommerce Product Table you’re using to create that product table. If you remove the post_type=product from the search URL, you’ll see Flatsome returning the one correct product as a result.

    I don’t have access to WooCommerce Product Table, so I can’t test it myself, but it looks like it’s not working correctly with Relevanssi here. WCPT has built-in search features, like SKU searching, and it may be overriding Relevanssi here.

    I would recommend contacting WCPT support.
