SKU of parent product should to be shown in confirmation mail

    Hello,

    When a variable product is ordered, the client receives the confirmation email including the SKU of the variation itself. Now I try to find a solution to show up also the SKU of the parent product. Is there any way to reach this?

    It looks like there is a way to include the variation SKU in order emails, but it would require further customization to show the parent SKU – I couldn’t find an easy solution to it. This is something you can achieve via code customizations. If you are not familiar with coding, we recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the experts listed here.
