[SKT Full Width] Background Image broken since update

I have the same problem than “belizelife”. The template was working perfectly well until WordPress was updated to 3.9.1. Since then, the front page is not loading the background and the animated circle keeps on all the time.

I have tried to reduce the size of the backgroung image (299KB), plus all the pictures, etc, but I could not get it working.

As belizelife pointed I tried with the previous version 1.3.6, and I could not get it working either.

Furthemore, I have removed all the widgets, but for some reason now it keeps the archive and the meta widgets in the right side of the panel. (Before it was not)
