Skrill Gateway failing

Hello,
during checkout, when customers click on “pay with Skrill” find this error page with this message: “The Payment has already been processed in our system”It happens randomly on all my domains, but normally on tokyoto-luggage.fr (you may try for your self)
I would appreciate any help on this.
