Skrewed up–can’t access my blog.

I’m a painfully green newbie to www.remarpro.com. I was doing fine on wordpress.com, but this is a whole new ballgame…

Somehow, in trying to change over my wp permissions to allow me access to read/write, I did something that achieved this–that is, I can no longer link to my blog:

Warning: require(/home/susanche/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/compat.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/susanche/public_html/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 246.

Can anyone help me correct this so I can keep stumbling along on my poor blog? BTW, my blog is at susanchernakmcelroy.com
