Skirmish – first page look

  • After looking to its first page I did download this theme, but i do not find any theme option to work on. Usually under Apperance special option for particular theme appeared. But this does not have..

    Should i have to upload some plugins….?
    Since you guys worked on, would it be possible to respond me.
    Will be much obliged.
