• Hey there, on single page event, at the bottom we have navigation for next or previous events. Now if we have 2 or more events on the same date & time, and we on any of these events, the bottom navigation skips these same date & time events completely and jumps to a next event in past/future time.
Now, if users are just navigating through this, they can skip all these events.

    Can you please fix this?

    Thank You

    Hi @softechx7,

Will you please share a frontend URL where I can see this firsthand?

    Thank you,
    Erica

We have the same issue. The following event is on June 25th:

    West Anglia Scale Model Show – 2023 – IPMS(UK) (ipmsuk.org)

The “Next” link targets “Scale Model Show 2023” which is on July 1st.

However, there is another event on June 25th, which should actually be the target for the “Next” link:

    Coventry and Warwickshire IPMS – 2023 – IPMS(UK) (ipmsuk.org)

So, it looks like as the OP reported, when there are two events on the same day the link skips the event on the same day to go to the next subsequent event.

    Regards,

    Pete Readman, Webmaster, IPMS(UK)

    Hi @softechx7 @preadman

    Thank you for patiently waiting.

I wanted to give you an update on this issue. At this time, we have been able to reproduce the problem and have identified a potential fix. Our engineers are working on the solution, though there are some complexities, and it will take some time to craft and validate before release.

I have added your case to our internal ticket. While we don’t have an ETA, you’ll get notified once there is an update and fix.

    Best,
    Darian

    Hi @softechx7

At the moment, we have not been able to reproduce the problem using the most recent versions of our plugins. Could you attempt to update your plugins to the latest version and check if that fixes the issue on your side?

    Hi Darian,

Thanks for getting back to me. We’re at version 6.1.3 but still have the same problem. I’ve tried the usual things (clear server cache, clear browser cache, try different browsers and operating systems.)

For current examples of the issue, these two events have the same start date/time, July 30th @ 10:00am:

    https://ipmsuk.org/calendar/the-essex-modellers-show/

    https://ipmsuk.org/calendar/ipms-dundee-model-show-2023/

If you click the next event link at bottom right on Essex, the next show should be Dundee. However, the link goes to the show after that, Avon.

Likewise, the link bottom left on Dundee should go back to Essex, but actually links to BDAC, which is the show prior to Essex.
