Skips assistant selection step

  • I’ve been using Salon Booking since November 2021 with no problems.

    But recently one of my customers informed about a problem, which occured after the version 100 update of google chrome, firefox, etc.

    Problem Description:
    Sometimes the booking skips the step of assistant selectionand jumps directly into “date and time” step!
    I checked all the settings of Salon and I can’t find something that seems
    to not be working.
    “Enable assistant selection” is ON and it has always been.

    NOTE: It has not a stable frequency, it can occur anytime without a pattern.

    Salon Booking Version: 7.6.5
    Wordpress Version: 5.9.3
    Burger Theme Version: 1.1.2

    Hi,

    since the last version release, if there is only one assistant available for the services selected, then the assistant selection step is skipped and the only one assistant available automatically added to the reservation.

    Is that your case?

    There are three assistants and the option for an auto selection by the system.

    As a temporary solution I disabled the auto selection option and the users are forced to choose an assistant.

    Idealy that option should be enabled too.
