Skipping first 2 items

was trying to retrieve this https://www.cnbc.com/id/100003114/device/rss/rss.html
but on the list it is not showing the first 2 items. its like automatically orderby date and not the actual item order from the url. also https://feedpress.me/drudgereportfeed its getting the items from bottom to top of the feed. is this a bug?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
