Skipping days like weekend, is it possible?

Hi,
is there a way to choose the weekdays for daily countdown and skip the weekend? For example we want the countdown to be set at 2 pm on every WEEKDAY, but not on weekend. We would use this for shipping time countdown function, but no shipping on weekend. We are happy to purchase the pro/premium version as long as we can set the countdown to skip the weekend. SO after Friday 2 pm the next countdown day would be Monday 2 pm. Can this be achieved with your plugin? Looks great by the way in other respects!
