Skipped/Unchecked Post Error, Even When Checked

  • Hi NextScripts,

    I’ve been loving SNAP – it tends to just work. The recent update, however, has broken the auto-posting. I’ve literally kept the settings the same and now every. single. post. gives me this in the log:

    [Skipped: Checkbox] [Twitter (Niche Gamer)] – -=[Unchecked Account]=-

    Across Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. All were working beautifully before this update, same settings, no other plugin conflicts. Please fix this ASAP because now I have to manually post each article to every social media account we have.

    I also own a pro account – under my email brandon (at) nichegamer (dot) com.

    Any feedback would be great.

    How exactly do you make your posts?
    Are you sure that checkbox in front of the account is checked at the time of publishing?

    Can I see the full log?

    I just realized maybe it’s the google+ error at the bottom of my log?

    Also the social media options are ALWAYS checked before posting. I even save as a draft to make sure they’re not unchecked…

    Found a 3.5.5 copy. Rolled back and it fixed the problem.

    Where have you found a 3.5.5 copy, memoxxx?

    Yeah I’d like to know too. Going to just roll back until the dev figures out what line of code caused the problem or something. I think it has to do with that new filter option, which I turned off (still didn’t fix it).

    Fixed in the version 3.6.2. Please update the plugin.

    Can confirm over here. WordPress 4.5.2 and SNAP 3.6.1

    Telegram works fine but Facebook and Twitter doesn’t. The log is the same. It skips both postings because of “unchecked account”. Also sent a ticket.

    What I’ve noticed is that the checkbox of Telegram is bigger and green meanwhile the other ones are the standard blue and normal size. https://i.imgur.com/T9jduJg.png

    Sorry, the issue was fixed in 3.6.2. If you have this in the log in 3.6.3 it means your checkbox was really unchecked.
